This adorable "Mermaid & Heart Charm" bracelet is beautifully handmade using 925 Sterling Silver curved tube beads, a mixture of 3mm, 5mm and 6mm sterling silver round beads, 5mm sterling silver stardust round beads.
These are all carefully threaded onto a very strong, elasticated jeweller’s cord, which allows for a comfortable and flexible fit on the wrist.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with the product you have purchased, I will happily offer a replacement or a full refund on receipt of the product, providing it is received within 14 days, unworn and in its original packaging.
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery.

After - care for your Sterling Silver Jewellery
With time, any sterling silver jewellery piece that is exposed to air will tarnish. Sterling silver is a mixture of metals with at least 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals.
The other metals, usually copper, that oxidised in the air resulting in the build-up of a tarnished layer on sterling silver jewellery.
Silver tarnishes faster in areas with high humidity and air pollution. Additionally, contact with materials like cosmetics, hairspray, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, and bleach can speed up the tarnishing process.
The silver in your jewellery may also become oxidized by reacting with acids in your skin, the moisture in perspiration, or by reacting with some other lotion or chemical on your skin.
Make-up present on the skin or clothing is the most common cause of dis-colouring or smudging. Cosmetics often contain chemical compounds which are harder than the jewellery itself. These compounds can rub off very tiny particles of metal which appear as jet black dust.
A solution is to use a silver cloth to polish your jewellery. Remember to remove any jewellery while applying make-up.
Using soap and water clean the areas of your skin that will come into contact with the jewellery, ensuring that all soap is rinsed off and your hands are dry.
